Ordering and Shipping

1: We ship products via UPS.  Freight and palletized shipping can be arranged.
2: We have low International shipping rates.
3: Orders received before Noon Central Standard Time for in stock products will be shipped same day.
4: Online ordering is provided for convenience and for evaluation of our products. Orders over 50 kits may require special shipping considerations and must be pre-arranged over the phone. Any orders may be placed by contacting Innovation First directly.

Payment Options

1: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for online orders.
2: COD orders can be arranged by calling Innovation First at 903-453-0800.
3: Check, mail in your order with a check.
4: Purchase Order must be $200 minimum.
5: Innovation First retains the right to reject any purchase order.

Warranty Policy

Innovation First warrants our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers normal use within the limits specified as stated in the applicable data sheets. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, incorrect wiring, alterations, connector damaged, or robot competition damage.


Shipping Errors and Defective Products

Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or defective materials must be in writing and received by Innovation First within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that they fully comply with all the terms, conditions of the Buyer's order.

Product Repair Out of Warranty: The term "Out of Warranty" includes products whose warranty period has expired and products whose failure was caused by factors outside of Innovation First control.  Out of Warranty products may not be capable of being returned to the exact original specifications or dimensions. Innovation First reserves the right to refuse the repeated Out of Warranty repair of the same products.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): The buyer should contact Innovation First prior to the return of any products(s) to obtain an RMA number that will be used to track the product. For all repairs, the customer pays freight to and from our facility. For all warranties, the customer pays freight to our facility and Innovation First pays for ground freight back to the customer. Express shipping options are available.


Return Policy

1: There are no returns for robotic items.
2: For repairs, please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RMA Form before returning any merchandise.
